Disciplinary Tibunal
Chartered Accountants Regulatory Board gives notice that a public hearing before a Disciplinary Tribunal will take place at 10.00 am on Friday, 23 March 2012 at Chartered Accountants House, 47-49 Pearse St., Dublin 2.
The Tribunal relates to a complaint regarding a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland whom it is alleged rendered himself liable to disciplinary action by having an Insolvency event occur against him. The Tribunal will be heard in accordance with the Disciplinary Bye-Laws of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
