REMINDER: Amendments to Bye-Laws
All members should take note that the amendments to the Bye-Laws approved by the membership of the Institute at the Special General Meeting of September 2009 came into effect on Monday, 24 January 2011, with the exception of Disciplinary Bye-Law 5.5.

Bye-Law 5.5 which places a duty on members to report misconduct by members in certain circumstances will not come into effect until CARB issues guidance to accompany this Bye-Law. A draft of this guidance is now available.
