Additional information note on proposed reforms to regulations relating to public practice
CARB proposed to replace the existing regulations and rules of professional conduct governing engagement in public practice with one consolidated book of regulatons to be named the 'Public Practice Regulations.'
A discussion paper which outlines CARB's proposal and which includes draft Public Practice Regulations has been published. The deadline for submissions in response to the discussion paper is 17 February 2012. To view the discussion paper, please click here.
Further to a recent request an additional information note has been prepared. The note consists of two tables, the first is a short reference guide to the key amendments listed at 5.4 of the discussion paper and the second is a schedule of other less substantive amendments.
