Consultations
The Board will initiate consultation processes on significant decisions which may affect key stakeholders.
The issues on which the Board will initiate consultation fall into two categories:
CARB Consultations
The Board will engage with key stakeholders on issues relating to its regulatory responsibilities, for example proposals to amend the various Standards of Professional Conduct (rules and regulations) for which it is responsible.
Third Party Consultations
The Board will also keep stakeholders informed of consultations being undertaken, on important regulatory issues, by other professional bodies, standard setters and oversight bodies, nationally and internationally.
